Cancellation by You Before the Retreat:

• All monies paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you are unable to attend, it is solely your responsibility to find a replacement participant to take your place. b) Cancellation or Termination During the Retreat:

• No refunds, credits, or reimbursements of any kind will be issued for unused portions of the retreat or the Retreat Fee.
• Your return home, including all associated costs and arrangements, will be your sole responsibility.

Requirements to Complete Before Entering Bali, Indonesia

Before traveling to Bali, Indonesia, ensure the following steps are completed:

1. SATUSEHAT Health Pass
   This is a health pass required for all travellers entering Indonesia. It ensures you meet the country’s health and vaccination requirements. You can complete this online or via the SATUSEHAT app prior to arrival.

2. Tourist Levy (150,000 IDR per person)
   Indonesia requires travellers to pay a tourist levy upon entry. This fee, equivalent to approximately $15 USD, helps support tourism initiatives in the country. Payment can typically be made online or at designated points upon arrival.

3. Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA)
   If your country is eligible for a Visa on Arrival, you can pre-apply for an electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) to expedite your entry process. Ensure you complete the application online before your trip.

4. E-Customs Declaration
   All travellers must submit an electronic customs declaration before arriving in Indonesia. This form is used to declare any goods or items you are bringing into the country. It can be completed online prior to departure.

5. Passport Validity
   Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining from the date of entry into Indonesia. Without this, you may be denied boarding or entry.
