I left school at 16 years, became a hairdresser, and built my career from the ground up. Not from a textbook or theory, but through real life, real pressure, real business decisions, and years of learning what actually makes a brand grow, stand out, and stay profitable. I know what it feels like to back yourself before you feel ready, to carry the weight of the business on your shoulders, and to want more, while also wanting freedom, flexibility, and a life that still feels like your own.
Today, I have own The Perth Collective, a PR and marketing agency managing a portfolio of over $48 million in brands. I’ve built multiple high-profit businesses, become one of the top 3% of female income earners in Australia, toured Australia and NZ as a keynote Speaker for L’Oreal Professional, and built a personal brand that reaches 3+ millions every month. But beyond any title, stage, or statistic, what matters most to me is that I’ve built a life and business on my terms, while raising four children with a shift-working husband and refusing to believe women have to burn themselves out to be successful.
That’s why the women I work with connect so deeply with what I do. Because I’m not teaching from the sidelines. I’ve built the business, made the hard decisions, backed myself when it would have been easier not to, and learned how to create real profit, real momentum, and real freedom. And now, I help other businesswomen do the same.
