How to Batch Content

The key to having consistent and coherent content flow across your platforms is content batching. This is essentially the practice of creating content in batches for the time period you created it. It is more productive, allows you to preview your grid and ensures you are prioritising the right messaging. Leaving a few days at the beginning of each month for content batching allows you the time to focus on other aspects of your business and to engage with your audience on stories/in comments.

Shoot one product multiple ways

There are so many different ways to capture the same thing, and these differing lenses offer a fresh view and perspective of the object. Shoot flat lays, lifestyle pictures, reels, and save UGC so that you have a bank of unique images to make the most out of one product/event.

Bank a months worth of user generated content and regrams

Having these ready to go are a great grid filler for when your own content is lacking. If you like to repost/share user content twice a week, find and schedule 6 posts in one sitting 

Research/write in one sitting 

Come up with a few topics or hacks you want to share on your platform over the coming weeks. Research, draft and write any educational content along with all other captions in one sitting and have it ready to go along with the accompanying image
