Thank you for joining the Growth Accelerator Program. Please take the time to carefully review the Terms and Conditions below to ensure clarity and compliance.

Key Highlights:

• Course content and login details are for your personal use only. Sharing passwords, content, or access links will result in immediate removal without a refund.
• Each purchase includes a single-user license. For group licenses (e.g., workplaces or organisations), please email [email protected].
• NO Soliciting clients within this program is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your enrollment with no refund. If your intention is to join solely to gain access to coaching clients for your own business, don't join. Such actions will be identified quickly, and your participation will be terminated without any grounds for a refund.

Payment Terms:

• This program is billed at $110 AUD per month for 12 months.
  After your 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis to ensure uninterrupted access.

  You’ll receive a reminder 30 days before your 12-month anniversary.
  At that point, you’ll have the option to either:
  → Upgrade to lifetime access, or
  → Continue month-to-month with ongoing access or
  → Cancel

• Please Note:
  If you unsubscribe from marketing emails during your membership, we are legally unable to notify you about your upcoming renewal via email.
  To stay informed, we recommend remaining subscribed until your 12-month term ends.

1. Definitions:

• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Nikki Milne and The Perth Collective.
• "You" or "Your" refers to the purchaser and participant in the program.

2. Consent:
   By enrolling, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use.
3. Disclaimer:
   The program is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes or replace professional advice.
4. Assumption of Risk:
   You are responsible for how you use the content and any outcomes resulting from its application.
5. Intellectual Property:

• All course materials, including recordings, templates, and slides, are owned by Nikki Milne and The Perth Collective.
• Unauthorised sharing or reproduction is prohibited and will result in legal action.

6. No Sharing:

• Passwords, course materials, and group access must not be shared. Any violation will result in removal without a refund.

7. No Claims Made Regarding Results:
   Results will vary based on individual circumstances. Testimonials are examples only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
8. No Warranties or Guarantees:
   The course is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees of specific financial or business outcomes.
9. Liability Release:
   You agree to release and hold harmless Nikki Milne and The Perth Collective from any claims related to your participation in the course.
10. Refund Policy:
    Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the course, no refunds will be issued after purchase.
11. Chargebacks:
    Chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances. The Company reserves the right to report chargebacks to credit bureaus as delinquent accounts.
12. Payment Terms:

• Payments are processed securely through third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Kajabi). The Company is not responsible for their independent policies.
• This program operates 12 x $110 AUD monthly payments, with automatic renewal after 12 months. Renewal reminders will be sent in advance, and you may cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

13. Photograph and Testimonial Release:
    By enrolling, you grant the Company permission to use your testimonials, wins, and communications for promotional purposes. 
14. Termination of Access:
    The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the program for any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in unethical behaviour, or disrupts the community. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
15. Confidentiality Clause:
    All shared resources, strategies, and group discussions must remain confidential. Sharing confidential information outside the program without permission is strictly prohibited.
16. Support and Communication:
    Support enquiries can be sent via email to [email protected]. The Company will make every effort to respond within 2-3 business days.
    
    It's essential to remain opted into marketing communications throughout your enrollment to ensure you receive notifications about live sessions, upcoming masterclass trainings, and newly released monthly content. Opting out may result in missing important updates and resources.
17. Technical Issues Disclaimer:
    The Company is not responsible for technical issues related to your internet, devices, or third-party platforms. Please ensure your technology is compatible with the program requirements.
18. Non-Compete Clause:
    Participants may not use program materials to create or offer competing courses, services, or programs without explicit written permission from Nikki Milne and The Perth Collective.
