Over two full days at The Aqua Resort a luxury private beachfront resort in Western Australia's South West you'll step out of the day-to-day and into a strategic immersion designed to change how you operate. This is built for established female founders who've already built something real and are ready to scale: to sharpen their strategy, raise their standards, and step into bigger authority.

Across the two days we'll go deep on the things that actually move a business to its next level — scaling with simplicity, premium positioning, becoming known for the right thing, pricing from authority, and leading yourself with the calm confidence that higher growth demands. You'll leave with a clear, simplified plan for what's next, and a room of ambitious women behind you.

The experience

It begins with a welcome dinner on Thursday evening, where the room comes together and the standard is set. Friday and Saturday are full content days (9:30am–4:00pm), balancing high-level strategy with real conversation and space to think. On Saturday evening, a final dinner to lock in commitments and momentum before you head home on Sunday.

Your place includes

Your own private room at The Aqua Resort (no sharing), both full days of content, the welcome and final dinners, all daytime catering across both days, and your retreat workbook. Breakfast and alcohol are BYO.

The room is intentionally small only 11 places. First in, first served.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Nikki Milne at The Perth Collective in writing via email at hello@theperthcollective.com

• All monies paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you are unable to attend, it is solely your responsibility to find a replacement participant to take your place. The replacement must meet any necessary eligibility requirements and be approved by Nikki Milne at The Perth Collective. No refunds or transfers will be provided if you cannot find a replacement
