I'm Nikki Milne
I'm a highschool dropout, ex hairdresser and salon owner turned Business Educator with a passion for Marketing and PR.
I am also a Mum to 3 little boys and live a very full and busy life while making an impressive profit through my The Perth Collective PR Agency, Business Mentoring and online programs.
I help female entrepreneurs use simple strategies to increase their sales fast, without making dramatic changes to the way they currently do business so that they can enjoy a slower pace and more time with family or doing what they really love.
I love passing on my knowledge and experience which has seen my Instagram followings grow to over 70,000+, my TPCPR Agency facilitate millions of dollars annually for our clients and allowed me to mentor and educate 1000's of business owners.

But it wasn't always this way...
In 2006 at just 23, I moved to Perth, and in partnership with my parents purchased my first business, a hair and beauty salon in Subiaco.
Unbeknown to us this business was bankrupt with no staff, no clients and I have a weekly rent commitment of $1000.
I could sink or swim, I choose to swim! I worked at a bar at night 7pm- 2pm and hairdressed 9am-6pm most days to make ends meet. I used free marketing ideas and networked in the community.
Gradually I started to build the business within 12 months I was able to leave the bar. During the years that followed I grew the salon to 13 staff, added a day spa plus 2000 retail lines.
After receiving an extremely high purchase offer I couldn’t refuse, I sold the business in 2014 which lead me to establishing The Perth Collective in mid 2015.
I believe it is possible for entrepreneurs who want it all - a family, a successful career, more money, more freedom AND more time to do the things we love!
